Finance Internships
Internships allow students to apply classroom learning to real-world situations while making professional connections. LSU finance majors who have secured a paid internship offer may be able to receive three credit hours in FIN 3930 (undergraduate) or FIN 7930 (graduate).

Requirements to receive credit include:
- Finance-related internship
- 300+ hours of work (10 weeks @ 30 hrs/wk or 15 weeks of 20 hrs/wk, for example)
- Pre-intern paperwork: Request Form & Supervisor Form
- Weekly progress emails
- Post-intern employer evaluation
- Cohesive 20-page report due finals week
