Min Su is an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Administration at Louisiana
State University, where she teaches courses for the MPA program on topics such as
public budgeting and program evaluation.
Her research focuses on three primary themes: state and local revenue, municipal finance
and financial management, and public administration. Her work has been featured in
prominent journals within the fields of public budgeting and public administration.
Her most recent research projects delve into the financial and political motivations
influencing local law enforcement's traffic fines collection.
