Donald J Lund is an Associate Professor of Marketing at Louisiana State University. He received his PhD from the University of Missouri in 2010 and then began his career as a professor with the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Donald's research focuses on customer relationships at the consumer and organizational levels, and has been published in the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Retailing, Journal of International Marketing, Journal of Personal Selling and Sales Management, and others. Donald currently serves on the editorial review boards of the Journal of Retailing and the Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science. Prior to earning his PhD, Donald was a multi-store Domino's Pizza Franchisee.
