Robin H. Lemaire is an associate professor in the Department of Public Administration at Louisiana State University. She teaches courses on organization theory and human resource management.
Her research focuses on managing and governing organizational networks, mostly in the area of health and human services, collaborating closely with practitioners on those research projects.
