BEC Reservation Requests
The BEC is, first and foremost, a world-class teaching and learning facility. Classes and other instructional uses are the priority for the use of space in the BEC. However, the BEC is equipped to host various events as room availability allows. The BEC can accommodate a variety of events, including:
- Speaker events
- Conferences/workshops
- Social receptions
- Formal dinner/banquet
- Award ceremonies
- Information fairs
Reservations Rates
Any E. J. Ourso College of Business unit can reserve space for meetings and events at no charge.

Registered business student organizations will not be charged a fee to reserve the dining room or classroom space (for up to two hours).
All classroom reservations for non-business registered student organizations are managed by the Office of the University Registrar.
