Dimensions of Wellness
Better Wellness Starts Here
You can improve your quality of life and learn to thrive through challenges– and we're here to help. By building everyday habits and changing behaviors one step at a time, you will reach your ultimate wellbeing.
LSU Wellness Wheel
The LSU Wellness Wheel is based on leading wellness research and includes ten dimensions of wellness that contribute to your overall health and wellbeing. The dimensions of wellness are interconnected, therefore attention should be given to each one of them. They do not need to be equally balanced; instead, you should aim for a balance that feels authentic to you.
