Raghav Goyal is an assistant professor at the Department of Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness, Louisiana State University. His research focuses on agricultural commodity markets, agricultural policy, price analysis, commodity derivatives, forecasting, and machine learning applications. Raghav has published his work in top-tiered journals such as the
American Journal of Agricultural Economics, Food Policy, and Journal of Agricultural and Resource Economics.
Raghav’s research aims to provide a better understanding of the issues pertaining to agricultural and food production, specifically focusing on how policies impact farmers and agricultural businesses, and how these firms can better market their produce.
