LSU Math Circle Competition Team
Welcome to the LSU Math Circle Competition Team (MCCT)! Our talented 7th–12th grade students gather weekly, participate in regional and national math competitions, including events like the AMC, AIME, and Purple Comet Math Meet.
MCCT is a collaboration between the LSU Department of Mathematics and the LSU Gordon A. Cain Center for STEM Literacy. Join us to engage in challenging problem-solving, expand mathematical skills, and compete at the highest level.

How does it work?
Registration is simple. Once registration opens, just fill out the form, and our friendly team organizer will confirm your registration and coordinate a convenient meeting schedule and location with you. Our practices usually take place on Sundays, lasting up to 3.5 hours each week throughout the academic year.

Practice at LSU with the Team
Our practices take place throughout the academic year on Sundays, usually from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m., right on campus. Don't worry about the details—our team organizers will reach out to you via email to confirm the exact time and location.
